Agent Bridge Privacy Policy
Agent Bridge is a browser extension and companion service. Only when you explicitly trigger it, it reads the content of the current web page and uses AI to produce a page summary or a resume-match analysis, then shows the result on the page. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and store it, and your rights.
1. Information we collect
- Page content (only when you trigger it). Only when you click this extension's right-click menu item does it read the active tab's URL, page title, your selected text, visible body text (up to ~20,000 characters), and the alternative text of images (alt / title / captions). The extension does not read any page in the background or without your action.
- Authentication token. After you sign in on our website, the site passes an authentication token to the extension, which stores it locally in your browser (chrome.storage) to authenticate you to the backend. We do not collect your password in the extension.
We do NOT collect: your browsing history, keystroke/mouse/scroll activity, location, or health data; the extension does not process payment information.
2. How we use information
- The captured page content is sent to an AI backend — either your self-hosted local gateway or our cloud service (browser.buildwithyang.com) — to generate the summary or resume match.
- To produce the result, the page content is forwarded to the configured large language model (LLM) service, which may be operated by a third-party AI provider via an OpenAI-compatible API.
- The resume-match feature compares page content (e.g. a job posting) against the resume you uploaded to your account.
- Data is used solely to provide these analysis features — not for unrelated purposes, advertising profiling, creditworthiness, or lending.
3. Storage & retention
- Cloud mode: the page content you submit and the generated result are used only to produce your result in real time and are not written to our database. During processing, the content is sent to the LLM service above, which may retain data under its own policy.
- Resumes: resumes you choose to upload are kept in object storage for resume matching and can be deleted by you.
- The token is stored locally in your browser and cleared on sign-out, unbind, or expiry.
- Self-hosted mode: if you point the extension at your own gateway, the data stays on your own server and we cannot access it.
- Retention: we do not retain your page content or results; your account and resume data are kept until you request deletion.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data, nor transfer it to third parties for purposes beyond approved use cases. Only the page content needed to perform the feature is sent to the LLM service. We do not use or transfer your data to determine creditworthiness or for lending.
5. Third-party services
- Authentication — sign-in and account management.
- LLM service — processes page content to generate results.
- Object storage — stores resumes you upload (cloud mode only).
6. Your rights
At any time you can switch or disable the gateway in the extension popup, uninstall the extension to clear the local token, or contact us to access, correct, or delete your account and resume data.
7. Security
We transmit data over HTTPS and apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system, however, can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
This product is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be surfaced in-product.

Agent Bridge 隐私政策
Agent Bridge 是一个浏览器扩展及配套服务：在你主动触发时读取当前网页内容， 交由 AI 生成「页面总结」或「与简历的匹配分析」，并把结果显示在页面上。本政策说明我们收集哪些数据、 如何使用与存储，以及你拥有的权利。
一、我们收集哪些信息
- 网页内容（仅在你主动触发时）。只有当你点击本扩展的右键菜单项时， 扩展才会读取当前标签页的：网址（URL）、页面标题、你选中的文字、可见正文文本（至多约 20000 字）、 以及页面中图片的替代文字（alt / title / 图注）。扩展不会在后台或未经你操作时读取任何页面。
- 登录凭证（Token）。你在我们的网页端登录后，网页会把一个身份验证 token 推送给扩展， 扩展将其保存在浏览器本地（chrome.storage），用于向后端验证你的身份。我们不在扩展中收集你的密码。
我们不收集：你的浏览历史列表、键盘/鼠标/滚动等操作行为、地理位置、健康信息， 扩展本身也不处理支付信息。
二、信息如何使用
- 把你触发时抓取的页面内容发送到 AI 后端 —— 即你自部署的本地网关，或我们的云端服务（browser.buildwithyang.com）—— 用于生成总结或简历匹配结果。
- 为生成结果，页面内容会被转发给后端所配置的大语言模型（LLM）服务进行处理。该服务可能由第三方 AI 提供商通过 OpenAI 兼容接口提供。
- 「与简历匹配」功能会将页面内容（如招聘信息）与你在账户中上传的简历进行比对。
- 数据仅用于实现上述分析功能本身，不用于无关目的，不用于广告画像，不用于信用评估或贷款。
三、数据存储与留存
- 云端模式：你提交的页面内容与生成的结果仅用于实时生成本次结果，不会写入我们的数据库。处理过程中，页面内容会发送给上述 LLM 服务，该第三方可能依据其自身政策保留数据。
- 简历：你主动上传的简历存储于对象存储服务，用于简历匹配，并可由你删除。
- 登录 token 保存在你本地浏览器中，登出、解绑或过期后即被清除。
- 自部署模式：若你把扩展指向自己运行的本地网关，相关数据存放在你自己的服务器上，我们无法访问。
- 留存期限：我们不留存你的页面内容与结果；你的账户与简历数据保留至你请求删除为止。
四、数据共享
我们不出售你的个人数据，也不会出于已获批准用途之外的目的向第三方出售或转移数据。 仅为实现功能，会将必要的页面内容传给上述 LLM 服务处理。我们不会为确定信用度或实现贷款而使用或转移你的数据。
五、涉及的第三方服务
- 身份认证：用于登录与账户管理。
- 大语言模型服务：用于处理页面内容并生成分析结果。
- 对象存储：用于存放你上传的简历（仅云端模式）。
六、你的权利
你可以随时：在扩展弹窗中切换网关地址或停止使用；在浏览器中卸载扩展以清除本地 token； 或联系我们访问、更正、删除你的账户与简历数据。
七、数据安全
我们通过 HTTPS 传输数据，并采取合理的技术与管理措施保护数据。但请注意，没有任何系统能保证绝对安全。
八、儿童
本产品不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
九、政策变更
我们可能不时更新本政策，更新后会修改本页顶部的「最近更新」日期。重大变更将通过服务内提示。
